If you don’t have the licensing rights to certain characters, you cannot sell merchandise depicting them.
Except that I own a shirt containing Wolverine, my friend has a shirt that has The Thing on it. I also saw tons of Deadpool merchandise with the Marvel logo at Hot Topic. Care to explain those?
